CANCELLATION - REFUND CONDITIONS
GENERAL
1. If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other laws in force regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchase.
3. Shipping costs, which are the cost of shipping the product, will be paid by the buyers.
4. Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract.
5. If the delivery of the purchased product is impossible, the seller must notify the buyer within 3 days of learning of this situation. The total price must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
6. If the buyer does not pay the price of the product purchased or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
7. If, after the product is delivered, it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment has been used unfairly by unauthorized persons and the price of the sold product is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the contracted product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping costs being borne by the seller.
8. If a force majeure event occurs that the seller cannot foresee and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation will be notified to the buyer. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is eliminated. If the buyer cancels the order; the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days of this cancellation.
9. The buyer must inspect the goods/services that are the subject of the contract before receiving them; they are torn, stained, etc. and are included in the category of damaged and defective goods and must protect the goods/services after they are received. The invoice must be returned along with the product.
10. The Buyer may exercise his/her right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason, provided that he/she notifies the Seller using the contact information below, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to him/her or to the person/organization at the address he/she has indicated.

RETURN CONDITIONS
" Underwear, underwear, swimsuits and bikini sets " are personal products due to their nature and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene rules.
